The Axoporator 800A is a dedicated single cell electroporation unit.

Enables precise targeting of individual cells in isolated tissue or intact preparations.

May be used as a stand-alone system providing rectangular, bipolar or bilevel pulses.

Waveform generation may also be provided externally via pCLAMP software and Digidata 1322A . Maximum voltage output is + 100V. The 800A offers digital displays of current and power, pipette resistance, pulse and train settings, pulse counts and voltage commands.

The 800A is supplied complete with AP-1A-1MU headstage (for currents up to 100uA), HL-U pipette holder, footswitch, ground wires and pins, model cell, and theory/operation manual. An optional AP-1A-0.1MU headstage is available for currents up to 1mA.
