(a) SYRINGE TYPE

These include a wide range of mechanically driven (rotary control) manual syringe injectors using pneumatic or hydraulic pressure. Some versions are preferred for holding applications whilst others are more suitable for injection. IM-5A-2

(b) MOTOR DRIVEN PNEUMATIC PRESSURE TYPE

IM-300 This is designed for pre-programmed repeated precise injection or aspiration of femotlitre to microlitre volumes. Up to 12 steps can be preprogrammed. A source of compressed air or nitrogen is required.

IM-30 This model has been developed as a simpler version of the IM-300 without the programming features and external synchro/trigger functions. Injection can be set by a built in timer or footawitch controlled.

(c) MANIPULATORS and ACCESSORIES FOR MICROINJECTION

MMO-203 3-axis fine movement micromanipulator for left or right-hand use. Remote oil hydraulic control with large rotary control knobs. Minimum graduation 1 micron. Use with MM-89 motorised coarse-movement or MMN- 1 mechanical coarse-movement manipulator.

MMO-202N 3-axis fine movement micromanipulator for left or right-hand use. Remote joystick control with handrest. Use with MM-89 motorised coarse-movement or MMN- 1 mechanical coarse movement manipulator.

MWO-202 This Oil hydraulic, joystick-controlled micromanipulator integrates coarse and fine control. The return mechanism allows the pipette to be raised and lowered back to its original position. The rotation mechanism allows the drive unit to be moved outward and returned to its original position. The tilt and swing function can adjust the pipette holder up/down and left/right. The pipette switching function can he used in conjunction with the double pipette holder accessory to locate each of two pipettes at its pre-set position.

MN-153 This is a simple bar mounting (lOmm) coarse 3-axis manipulator with an extra fine movement control on the X-axis (5mm) with a minimum graduation of 5 microns. Coarse movement X:25 mm, Y:2Omm, Z:25mm can mount on a GJ-1 magnetic stand.

HD-21 Double pipette holder. A simple mount to accommodate two Hl-7 injection holders providing manual adjustment of relative pipette positions.

UT-1 Universal joint used to attach a pipette holder to a micromanipulator. The joint has a dual rotation mechanism allowing unlimited adjustment. The tilting mechanism can be finely adjusted.

UT-2 As above but with fine adjustment to tilt and swing axes.

HDO-2 Oil Hydraulic double pipette holder. This includes one special injection holder and single movement hydraulic control allowing adjustment of one pipette relative to the other.

HDO-20 Oil Hydraulic Double Pipette holder, as above but with 3-dimensional movement hydraulic control on one pipette holder.
